摘要
大数据对房地产估价行业的发展有重要影响。文章采用文献研究法,首先对房地产估价行业的发展阶段、现状困境及信息化探索进行阐述,然后分析了大数据对房地产估价行业带来的改变,并对大数据时代下房地产估价行业的发展方向进行了展望,最后从房地产估价行业协会、估价机构、估价人员三个角度提出了相应的应对策略,以期为大数据时代房地产估价行业的可持续发展提供参考。
Big data has an important impact on the development of the real estate appraisal industry.By literature research method,the development stage,the current situation dilemma and the informationization exploration of the real estate appraisal industry are expounded firstly.Then it analyzes the changes brought by big data to the real estate appraisal industry,and forecasts the development direction of the real estate appraisal industry in the era of big data.Finally,the corresponding coping strategies are put forward from the three perspectives of the real estate appraisal industry associations,appraisal agencies and appraisers.It looks forward to achieve the goal that providing reference for the sustainable development of the real estate valuation industry in the era of big data.
