摘要
为进一步探讨“课程思政”建设,在介绍《房地产估价》类课程教学改革研究现状的基础上,从“加点盐”“分好盘”“控火候”“添烹法”四个方面阐述思政元素融入“房地产估价”课程的基本思路,探讨了思政元素融入“房地产估价”课程教学目标、内容体系、教学模式的“三融”实践路径,进而从提升教师育人能力、建立课程思政教学改革保障机制两个方面出发,构建了房地产估价类课程思政实施效果的保障体系。
In order to further explore the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,on the basis of introducing the teaching reform of Real Estate Appraisal courses,this paper expounds the basic idea of integrating ideological and political elements into Real Estate Appraisal course from four aspects of"adding salt","dividing dish","controlling heat"and"adding cooking method".This paper discusses the practice path of integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching target content system of Real Estate Appraisal course,and then constructs the guarantee system of ideological and political implementation effect of Real Estate Appraisal courses from two aspects of improving teachers′education ability and establishing the guarantee mechanism of curriculum ideological and political teaching reform.
