摘要
为应对大数据时代对估价行业发展的要求,文章在分析房地产数据平台建立及应用情况基础上,探讨数据平台应用对房地产估价行业的影响,并从房地产估价行业协会、估价机构及估价师三方面出发提出应对大数据时代的对策。
In order to cope with big data era for the development of the valuation requirements of the industry, the analysis of real estate data platform is built application basis and on to explore the impact of data-platform applications for real estate appraisal industry, and from the real estate appraisal industry associations, valuation agencies and valuers three viewpoint put forward countermeasures to deal with big data era.
