摘要 天然气液化预处理干燥工艺环节高压天然气经过导热油和电加热器两级加热至210~250℃,反吹再生干燥塔,是天然气净化关键技术之一,原电加热器天然气流路采用并联加热方式单向通过电加热器,加热行程短、效果差,加热装置存在安全隐患。本文通过改造电加热设备,将天然气加热流路串联,增加天然气加热行程,同时增设4个温度监测点,解决了高压天然气快速流动过程中加热难题,应用表明加热效果良好,满足工艺生产要求。 The pretreatment drying process of natural gas liquefying process high pressure natural gas is heated to210~250℃by heat conduction oil and electric heater,and it is one of the key technologies for natural gas purification.The natural gas road of the original electric heater adopts a parallel heating way which is short,without meeting to the requirement of production,so that the heating effect is poor and there is a hidden hazard in the heating device.By reforming the electric heating equipment structure,the natural gas flow is connected in series type,and the heating part of natural gas is increased.Moreover four temperature monitoring points are added to solve the heating problem in the rapid flow process of high pressure natural gas,and the heating effect meets to the requirements of the process production perfectly.
