餐厨垃圾处理系统中有机浆料加热试验研究

摘要 通过现场生产试验研究,探求餐厨垃圾处理系统中浆料加热方式对餐厨预处理工艺链的影响。浆料加热未开启运行工况下,固液分离机Ⅰ型出渣湿度高,筛网流水粘稠。间接浆料加热连续运转工况下,浆料仅能升温至50~55℃;对餐厨垃圾浆料逐步增温,固液分离挤压出水清爽度增加,固相出渣含水率降低,油脂溶出率显著升高。直喷浆料加热运行工况下,浆料可升温至65℃以上,固液分离出渣湿度低,含水率为50.5%,满足外运要求。 The influence on pretreatment process chain of food waste treatment system from slurry heating mode is discussed by field production test research. Under the condition that the steam is not passed and the slurry heating installation is not turned on, the residue of solid-liquid separator(type I) has high humidityand the effluent liquid phasehas low liquidity. Under continuous operationand indirect slurry heating mode conditions, the slurry can only be heated to 50~55 ℃. As the slurry gradually warmed up, the liquidity of effluentliquid phase ofsolid-liquid separator is increased, and the moisture content of residues is reduced, and the dissolution rate of fats is significantly increased. Under the direct injection condition for slurry heating operation, the slurry can be heated to above 65 ℃, and the residue of solid-liquid separator has low humidity and its moisture content reaches 50.5 %, which meets the requirements of outward transportation.
