摘要
产供储销体系建设作为油气体制改革的重要组成部分,决定未来一段时间内的石油天然气行业发展方向。文章通过借鉴成熟的储气调峰运营模式,总结出中国储气设施发展之路,对理顺并完善中国储气调峰设施及运营模式具有指导意义。
The construction of the production,supply,storage and marketing system is an important part of the reform of the oil and gas system,which determines the development direction of the oil and gas industry.Straightening out and perfecting gas storage peak shaving facilities and operation mode is of guiding significance.
