摘要
高职院校酒店管理专业技能性、应用性很强,培养的学生大部分从事酒店一线服务工作或者其他相关行业工作。随着旅游酒店业的迅猛发展,对人才的需求及要求也更高,高职院校从创新创业理念的角度,重在培养人才拥有创新意识和团队意识,通过创新创业课程的辅助教学为指引,培养适应社会需要的新时代人才。强调了创新创业理念的重要性,并分析高职院校酒店管理专业教育模式存在的问题,在此基础上提出在创新创业教育理念下高职酒店管理专业教育模式改革的对策。
The Hotel Management Specialty in higher vocational colleges is highly skilled and applied,and most of the students trained are engaged in hotel front-line service or other related industries.With the rapid development of tourism and hotel industry,the demand for talents is also higher.From the perspective of innovative entrepreneurship concept,vocational colleges focus on training talents with innovative consciousness and team consciousness.Guided by the assistant teaching of innovative entrepreneurship courses,they train new era talents to meet the needs of society.Firstly,this paper emphasizes the importance of innovative entrepreneurship concept,and analyzes the problems existing in the educational model of hotel management specialty in higher vocational colleges.On this basis,it puts forward the Countermeasures for the reform of the educational model of hotel management specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the concept of innovative entrepreneurship education.
