摘要
高职院校生源危机的解决是高职教育粗放式到内涵式发展过程中的必经阶段,是高职教育由"人人有学上"到"人人有好学上"的必经历程。江苏高职生源危机的成因主要有:适龄人口下降、本科扩招挤压、教育需求变化和同质竞争加剧。可采取以下措施:以内涵式发展为核心,增强学校核心竞争实力;以精准化扶贫为抓手,拓宽学校生源渠道;以国际化办学为阵地,提升学校服务水平。
The crisis of student enrollment is a necessary stage in the process of the extensive development of higher vocational education to the connotation development process,and it is the necessary course for higher vocational education to change from“public education”to“better education”.The root is the declining age population,the expansion of the undergraduate enrollment,the change of the educational demand and the intensification of the homogeneous competition.We should take measures as follows:enhance the intension-mode development of the school to strengthen the core competition strength of the school;take precision poverty alleviation as the starting point to widen the source channel of the enrollment students;take the international running school as the position to enhance the value of the school service function.
