摘要
在精准扶贫战略中,教育扶贫尤其是职业教育扶贫被摆在关键位置。作为职业教育重要载体的高等职业院校已然成为国家精准扶贫的攻坚力量。高职院校应充分发挥办学优势,改革和完善校内办学制度和校外帮扶制度,全方位参与到精准扶贫当中,具体改革路径有:深化院校招生制度,实现精准招生;完善贫困生资助体系,实现精准资助;推进人才培养制度改革,实现精准培养;重视创业教育,实现精准就业;健全服务三农工作机制,实现精准服务。
For a long time, due to the lack of pertinence, the traditional poverty alleviation model has great investment in poverty alleviation. However, the quality and efficiency of poverty alleviation has not been able to meet the needs of poverty-stricken areas in China. In this context, the central government has gradually formed a scientific theoretical system of targeted poverty alleviation strategy. In the strategy of targeted poverty aneviation, education, especially poverty alleviation of vocational education is placed in a critical position. As an important carrier of vocational education, higher vocational colleges have become the crucial force for national poverty alleviation. Higher vocational colleges should give full play to the advantages of running schools that reform and improve the school running system and the helping system, all-round participate in targeted poverty alleviation among them, and the material measures include： deepening students enrollment system reform; optimizing support system for poor students; boosting talent cultivation system reform; attaching importance to entrepreneurship education; optimize service system for solving the problem of agriculture, country and peasants.
