摘要 在煤矿开采工作中,井下掘进机电设备所消耗的能源在整个煤矿开采能耗中占据了非常大的比例,从长远发展角度来讲,实现煤矿井下掘进机电设备的节能是非常关键的。针对近几年来井下掘进机电设备的应用状况的角度出发,全方位多层次地探讨机电设备的节能措施,从机电设备的前期选择到使用运维,再到相关配套设施的筛选与考虑,如电动机的选择、电压的控制等。以设备管理与使用维护两个角度出发展开分析与探究,实现对井下机电设备节能的最大化提升。 In the coal mining work,the energy consumed by mechanical and electrical equipment of underground tunneling occupies a very large proportion in the energy consumption of the whole coal mining.From the perspective of long-term development,it is very important to realize the energy saving of mechanical and electrical equipment of underground tunneling.In view of the application status of mechanical and electrical equipment in underground tunneling in recent years,the energy-saving measures of mechanical and electrical equipment are discussed at all levels,from the early selection of mechanical and electrical equipment to the operation and maintenance,and then to the screening and consideration of related supporting facilities,such as the selection of motor,voltage control,etc.In order to maximize the energy saving of underground mechanical and electrical equipment,the analysis and exploration were carried out from two perspectives of equipment management and use and maintenance
