煤矿井下掘进机电设备的有效节能方法

摘要 在现代经济快发展下,人们对能源与资源的需求持续增长。随着市场需求不断扩大,煤炭作为经济生产的重要资源,人们对煤炭资源的消耗量与日俱增,这为煤矿企业的煤炭开采带来了不小的压力。在煤矿开采作业中,井下掘进机电设备是其重要的设备组成,在整个煤矿开采作业能耗中占据着很大的比例。在国家节能降耗理念的推行下,煤矿企业开始越来越注重对井下掘进机电设备节能技术方法的研究。文章主要对煤矿井下掘进机电设备的有效节能方法进行了仔细分析:首先,阐述煤矿井下掘进机电设备节能技术;其次,针对具体有效节能方法提出几点建议,以期为煤矿开采作业节能降耗水平的提升提供一点参考。 With the rapid development of modern economy,the demand for energy and resources continues to grow.Coal,as an important resource of economic production,consumes more and more coal resources under the condition of increasing market demand,which brings great pressure to coal mining enterprises.In coal mining operation,underground tunneling electromechanical equipment is an important equipment composition,which accounts for a large proportion in the energy consumption of the whole coal mining operation.Under the implementation of the national concept of energy conservation and consumption reduction,coal mining enterprises begin to pay more and more attention to the research on energy-saving technology and methods of underground tunneling electromechanical equipment.This article mainly makes a careful analysis on the effective energy-saving methods of underground excavation electromechanical equipment in coal mine.Firstly,it expounds the energy-saving technology of underground excavation electromechanical equipment in coal mine,and then puts forward some suggestions for specific effective energy-saving methods,in order to provide some reference for the improvement of energy-saving and consumption reduction level of coal mining operation.
