摘要
为了使矿井提升系统更加可靠安全,采用PLC对原有电控系统进行改造,实现安全回路双冗余;开发出友好的人机界面,方便了对提升机故障的预防和分析;采用S形速度曲线取代原有5阶段速度图,使矿井提升的运行更加安全、平稳。
In order to make the system more reliable safety of mine hoist,using PLC to transform the original electronic control system,realize the safety circuit of double redundancy; develop the friendly man-machine interface,convenient for the analysis and prevention of hoist fault; the S curve of speed to replace the original 5 stage speed chart,make mine hoist system safer and more stable.
