摘要
以107胶为基础,制备一系列含有不同质量分数锌粉(质量分数分别为1%、3%、5%、10%、15%、20%)的硅酮密封胶,并制备出固化样品,参照GB/T 1034-2008,分别进行在3. 5%NaCl溶液和去离子水中浸泡水的过程重量变化试验,及样品浸水10天(d)后的金相分析,分析胶样的吸水性、抗水渗透性以及锌粉在胶中的化学变化。结果表明,硅酮胶掺入适量的锌粉,锌在硅酮胶浸水过程中发生腐蚀,腐蚀产物有效填充材料结构的孔隙,能有效提升硅酮密封胶的抗水渗透性。
A series of silicone sealant containing different mass fraction zinc powders were prepared on the basis of 107 glue,and solidified samples were prepared,the experiment were done that the weight changes in the process of soaking in 3.5% NaCl solution and deionized water respectively according to GB/T 1034-2008,and the metallographic analysis of samples after soaking for10days.The water absorption and water penetration resistance of the silicone sealant sample and the chemical changes of zinc powder in the sealant were analyzed.The experimental results showed that zinc had been corroded during soaking after silicone sealant mixed with the appropriate amount of zinc powder,and the corrosion product effectively filled the mesh of the material structure.This corrosive effect of zinc could effectively enhance the water penetration resistance of silicone sealant.
