摘要
从制备钛酸酯螯合物和引入合适的羟基清除剂2个方向,对脱醇型RTV-1硅酮密封胶贮存稳定性进行了研究,探讨了钛酸酯螯合物对贮存稳定性和粘接效果的影响,讨论了羟基清除剂的合适用量。结果表明,螯合后的钛酸酯,催化硅酮缩合反应的活性下降了,提高了硅酮密封胶的贮存稳定性以及粘接强度;选择多种钛酸酯搭配使用,并配合0.5~1.0份的羟基清除剂,制得的脱醇型硅酮密封胶固化速度适中,贮存稳定性以及粘接效果最理想:70℃贮存5d(常温贮存1 a)后,拉伸强度以及邵尔A硬度保持率80%以上,伸长率大于400%,对PC的剥离强度在70 N/cm以上。
The storage stability of the dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone sealant was studied by from two aspects:the preparation of chelated titanate and the introduction of appropriate hydroxyl scavengers.The influence of chelated titanates on the storage stability and the bonding effect as well as the selection of appropriate amount of hydroxyl scavenger were discussed.The results showed that the chelated titanate decreased the activity of catalytic silicone condensation reaction,and improved the storage stability and adhesive strength of silicone sealant.Using the combination of various chelated titanates and 0.5%~1.0%hydroxyl scavenger,the obtained dealcoholized silicone sealant had the moderate curing speed,the best storage stability and adhesive result:after storage at 70℃for 5 days(at room temperature for one year),the retention rates of tensile strength and Shore A hardness were all over 80%,the elongation was greater than 400%,and the peel strength to PC was 70 N/cm or more.
