摘要
为探究硅橡胶的贮存稳定性,以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、纳米碳酸钙为原材料,制备了脱醇型RTV-1硅橡胶,分别考察了温度、时间、钛催化剂种类、交联剂种类与用量、偶联剂种类与用量对硅橡胶热老化性能的影响。结果表明:随着热温度升高及时间的延长,硅橡胶贮存稳定性变差,当热老化条件为70℃×72 h或热老化温度为90℃时,硅橡胶经热处理后已无法使用。以4份乙酰乙酸乙酯钛配合物作催化剂,5份甲基三甲氧基硅烷作交联剂,1份KH 550作偶联剂时,在70℃×24 h条件下老化后的硅橡胶贮存稳定性良好,与铝材、玻璃、PC基材的粘接性能优异。
In order to explore the storage stability of silicone rubber,the dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber was prepared withα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane and nano-calcium carbonate as the raw materials.The effects of temperature,time,types of titanium,types and contents of crosslinking agents and coupling agents on the thermal aging properties of silicone rubber were investigated respectively.The results showed that the storage stability of silicone rubber decreased with the increase of temperature and time.When the condition was 70℃×72 h or at the thermal aging temperature of 90℃,the silicone rubber was out of service.When 4 phr of titanium ethyl acetoacetate was used as the catalyst,5 phr of methyl trimethoxysilane as the cross-linking agent and 1 phr of KH 550 as the coupling agent,the silicone rubber aged at 70℃×24 h showed good storage stability and excellent adhesion to aluminum,glass and PC substrates.
