摘要
在职培训是培养和提高幼儿教师业务水平的重要方式。通过对参加C市国培计划短期集中培训的200名民办幼儿园教师进行问卷调查和访谈,发现当前民办幼儿园教师在职培训中存在“重专业知识技能,轻专业素养内涵”的问题,现有培训和教师需求之间存在较大差异。为此,教育主管部门应科学制定培训计划,完善培训管理制度,增加培训前后期的调查;培训单位应加强师资力量,了解受训者的需求,为受训者提供优质服务;民办幼儿园应建立园本培训系统,提供园外培训机会;受训幼儿园教师应立足专业成长参与培训。通过以上各方面的努力,提升民办幼儿园教师在职培训的水平,提高其专业能力和个人素质。
In-service training is an important way to cultivate and improve the professional qualitiesof preschool teachers.Through the questionnaire survey and interview of200non-governmental preschoolteachers who participated in the short-term intensive training in the national training program in a certain city,it was found out that there is a problem of"emphasizing professional knowledge and skills,but neglectingprofessional quality"in their in-service training and that there is a big gap between the existing training and theteachers'demands.Therefore,the education department should make training plans scientifically,improve thetraining management system,and increase surveys before and after the training.And the training unit shouldstrengthen the faculty's qualities,know the needs of trainees,and provide quality services for trainees.Nongovernmentalkindergarten-based training system should be established to provide training opportunities outsidethe kindergarten;The trainees should participate in the training based on professional growth.Through theabove joint efforts,the in-service training for non-governmental teachers will be improved,and the professionalability and personal quality of preschool teachers will be improved.
