摘要 通过"指标假设——指标修正——形成体系"的动态推进过程,运用特尔菲法,构建了含知识学习能力、体育教学实践能力、体育教学研究能力、信息技术运用能力4个一级指标的高校体育教师教学能力评价指标体系,并确定了12个二级指标和33个三级指标。在运用层次分析法(AHP)分析各级评价指标权重的基础上,分析了高校体育教师教学能力评价等级划分标准,旨在为科学地评价高校体育教师教学能力,促进体育教师自身业务素质的提升提供理论依据和实践参考。 This paper uses the Delphi method through the dynamic process of"index hypothesis-index correction-forming system".A system of evaluation indicators for the teaching ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities with four primary indicators of knowledge learning ability physical education teaching practice ability,physical education teaching and research ability,and information technology utilization ability was established,and12secondary and33tertiary indicators were determined.On the basis of analyzing the weights of evaluation indicators at all levels by using the AHP method,the evaluation scale of teaching ability of college PE teachers is developed,which is aimed at providing theoretical basis and practical reference for scientifically evaluating teaching ability of PE teachers and promoting the improvement of their own professional quality.
