摘要
现代素质教育改革背景下,对高校公共体育教师教学工作提出了全新的能力和素质要求。建立科学完善的体育教师能力评价系统,是推动高校公共体育教师自身能力提高的保障。文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,围绕当前我国高校公共体育教师教学能力评价的现状展开分析,探究当前体育教师教学能力评价系统中存在的问题,提出了科学构建分类引导综合评价系统的现实性和必要性。得出以下结论:1目前高校公共体育教师教学能力评价系统存在评价内容不完善、评价指标权重不合理、评价主体单一等问题,且部分高校教师评价系统具有常态化、固定化的特点。2通过现代信息网络技术构建评价指标全面、权重比例科学、评价主体多元化、与时俱进的体育教师教学能力分类引导评价系统。3构建科学有效的公共体育教师教学能力评价系统,才能提高我国高校的体育教学质量,才能提高我国青少年的体能素质。
The modern quality education reform background, the public physical education teachers in colleges and uni- versities education teaching new ability and quality requirements are put forward. A scientific system, improving the ability of physical education teachers is to promote its own ability to improve the security of public physical education teachers in colleges and universities. This text uses the method of documents and materials, questionnaire investiga- tion, expert interviews and other research methods, regarding current public physical education teachers in colleges and universities education teaching ability evaluation of the status analysis, explore the physical education teachers the problems existing in the education teaching ability evaluation system, puts forward the classification of the scientific guiding the feasibility and necessity of comprehensive evaluation system. The following conclusions： ①The public physical education teachers in colleges and universities education teaching ability, such as incomplete evaluation con- tent, evaluation system of evaluation index weight problems such as unreasonable evaluation, the main body of a sin- gle, and part of the university teachers evaluation system has many characteristics, such as normalization, immobi lized. ②Using modern information network technology to build comprehensive evaluation indexes, the weight propor- tion of science, the classification of the diversification of evaluation, advancing with the times of the physical educa- tion teachers guide the evaluation system.③Build a scientific and effective education of public physical education teachers teaching ability evaluation system, to improve the quality of physical education teaching in colleges of our country, to improve the physical quality of adolescents in China.
