摘要
一、教师社会地位的历史变迁教师,对其社会地位和法律地位的研究是目前世界各国都十分关注的,尤其是在现代社会,教育被视为整个社会经济、文化、科技发展的基本手段,在教师从业者人数增多而地位又较低的国家和地区,教师社会地位和法律地位的研究就更十分必要。在我国,对教师社会地位的研究,常常有一些令人遗憾的方面。
The paper starts with the review of historical evolution of teachers' social status:name- ly,educational background,family background,income,social role,professional knowlege and political participation.The author thinks that teachers' social status should be guaranteed through legal means such as legal duties and rights of teachers as a protective strategy and the modern law with equal and fair charaeterictics.
