摘要
搭建了基于电容充放电原理的直流合成回路试验系统,以某型号小型断路器为研究对象,试验研究直流电弧分断过程。统计了不同电流下的电磁脱扣时间,结合触头的烧蚀情况对电弧转移过程进行了分析,并通过栅片切割电弧形态、电弧电压特性、燃弧时间等方面,分析了不同电流对直流电弧分断过程的影响。试验结果表明,电磁脱扣时间随电流增大而减小;栅片切割电弧及电弧熄灭过程中,电弧电压振荡的原因是电弧部分弧柱反复进出栅片引起的,同时电流强度也是其重要影响因素;燃弧时间具有一定的分散性。研究可为直流小型断路器等相关产品研发提供借鉴。
Based on the construction of DC synthesis loop test platform,the arc movement of a DC miniature circuit breaker was observed.The statistics of electromagnetic release time under different currents was made.The arc transfer process was analyzed by the arc images and the erosion of the electrodes and contacts.The influence of different current on the DC arc breaking process was analyzed by observing the arc splitting morphology,arc voltage characteristic and arc duration.The results show that the oscillating of arc voltage curve is due to the part of the arc column in and out of the splitter plates in the process of arc splitting and extinguishing,and the current strength is another important factor,the electromagnetic release time is decreased with the current increasing,and the arc duration time under different current is dispersive.This study can provide reference for the design of arc extinguishing system of DC miniature circuit breaker.
