摘要
建立考虑触头熔蚀的电弧模型,添加能量方程,并结合移动网格技术实现了多物理场的耦合。发生熔蚀过程中,电弧温度、电流等相关参数变化,并对比是否考虑熔蚀条件下的电弧参数变化。仿真结果表明,熔蚀的存在容易造成电弧重燃,不利于电弧的熄灭。这对于建立考虑多物理因素作用下的电弧模型具有一定意义。
An arc model considering contact erosion was established,and the energy equations were added,combined with moving grid technology to achieve multi-physics coupling.During the erosion process,the arc temperature,current and other related parameters change,and the parameter changes under the ablation conditions or under the common conditions are compared.The simulation results show that,due to the existence of corrosion,the arc is likely to reignite,which is not conducive to the extinguishing of the arc.The research in this article is of certain significance for establishing an arc model considering multiple physical factors.
