摘要
针对160 kV南澳柔性直流输电工程使用的耦合型机械式直流断路器及其自保护策略进行了介绍和分析,提出了基于直流断路器断口CT零漂值判据的直流断路器自保护策略,并在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台上搭建了相应的仿真模型,进行了断口CT零漂值选取影响的建模仿真验证。基于南澳柔性直流输电系统塑汇线负极接地人工短路试验时金牛换流站直流断路器拒分故障,分析了CT零漂值判据对直流断路器自保护策略和实际系统运行的影响,提出了基于断口CT零漂值解决金牛站直流断路器拒分故障的方法,并在实际运行中验证了所提出方法的有效性。
This paper introduced and analyzed the coupling mechanical DC circuit breaker and its self-protection strategy which used in the 160 kV Nan’ao flexible HVDC project,after then,a self-protection strategy for DC circuit breakers based on the fracture CT zero drift criterion was proposed.The corresponding simulation model was built based on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform,and the impact of the fracture CT zero drift value selection was carried out.Based on the DC circuit breaker of the Jin’niu converter station refusal-to-open fault,when an artificial negative-pole to ground short circuit experiment implemented in the Su’cheng confluence line,the impact of the CT zero drift value criterion on the circuit breaker self-protection strategy and the actual system operation was analyzed.Finally,a CT zero drift correction method was proposed to solve the refusal-to-open fault of Jin’niu DC circuit breaker,and the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by experiments.
