摘要
低噪声放大器作用于各类无线电子接收机的前端和一些高敏电子探测设备中的放大电路中,其功能是在保障宽带内产生最低噪声将信号放大。文中概述了低噪声放大器的工作原理和工作指标,采用负反馈技术并使用计算机仿真软件ADS及低噪声晶体管ATF54143来设计出一款低噪声放大器,该放大器结构简单,适用于无线通信领域。
In this paper,low noise amplifier was applied to all kinds of wireless electronic receiver front-end and some sensitive amplifier circuit in the electronic detection equipment.Its function is to produce minimum noise in the security broadband to amplify the signal.The working principle and performance measures were given for the low noise amplifier,and a low noise amplifier was designed using the negative feedback technique,the computer simulation software ADS and low noise transistor ATF54143.The result shows that the amplifier has simple structure,which is applicable to wireless communication field.
