摘要
本文设计一种覆盖全球卫星导航系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS)全频段的宽带低噪声放大器(low noise amplifier,LNA)。选用Avago公司的增强型高电子迁移率晶体管ATF54143作为主要器件,电路采用源极串联负反馈和栅极与漏极间并联负反馈结构,并利用ADS软件仿真和优化。最终仿真结果表明:在整个工作频段(1150~1650MHz)内,输入输出反射系数均小于-10.0dB,噪声系数低于0.6dB,增益高于16 dB,增益平坦度小于1dB。
This paper designs a broadband low noise amplifier(LNA)that covers the full-band of global navigation satellite system(GNSS).The enhancement-mode high electron mobility transistor ATF54143 of Avago is chosen as the main device,The circuit adopts source negative feedback and negative feedback structure between grid and drain,and is simulated and optimized by ADS software.The simulation results show that in the whole working band(1150~1650MHz),the input and output reflection coefficients are less than-10.OdB,the noise figure is less than 0.6dB,the power gain is higher than 16 dB,and the gain flatness is less than ldB.
