摘要
本文患者为年轻女性,骨性Ⅱ类,因牙齿前突、不齐求治。患者拒绝手术治疗,坚持用无托槽隐形矫治器进行牙齿代偿治疗。上颌拔除14、24牙,排齐整平上牙列且内收上前牙,下颌配合IPR排齐整平下牙列且内收下前牙。患者治疗后前牙覆覆盖正常,尖牙Ⅰ类关系,磨牙完全Ⅱ类关系。
This article reported an young female with SkeletalⅡClassⅡMalocclusion whose chief complaints was teeth protrusion.she refused to treat with surgery and stick to use invisible Aligner.The Maxillary first premolars were extracted to level and align arch and retract maxillary anterior teeth.The mandible IPR to level and align arch and retract mandibular anterior teeth.The patient got a good result:Overbite and overjet were normal.Canine relationship became ClassⅠand molar relationship became ClassⅡ.
