摘要
目的评价无托槽隐形矫治器治疗前磨牙扭转的临床疗效。方法选取18例前磨牙扭转的患者,平均年龄13.5岁,应用无托槽隐形矫治器矫治前磨牙扭转,通过观察各项指标及进行患者满意度调查来分析评价其矫治前磨牙扭转的临床疗效。结果 17例患者应用无托槽隐形矫治器使扭转的前磨牙得以矫治,矫治时间6～13个月,满意率均在80%以上且矫治后牙龈组织无明显红肿。结论无托槽隐形矫治器能有效地矫治前磨牙扭转,且对牙周组织无明显刺激。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the invisalign in the correction of torsional premolars.Methods Eighteen cases of premolar torsion,average age of 13.5 years and treated with correction of torsional premolar by use of the invisalign,were selected as the subjects.The clinical efficacy of corrective orthodontic teeth was evaluated by the indicators and patient satisfaction.Results Seventeen cases were treated successfully with the torsion of premolar by the invisalign.The shortest correction time was 6 months,the longest 13 months,the satisfaction rate was over 80%,and there was no obvious swelling after gingival tissue after treatment.Conclusion Invisalign can effectively correct the torsion of the anterior molar,and it has no obvious stimulation on the periodontium.
