摘要
以酒店管理专业为例,剖析当前"3+3"中高职衔接存在的问题,并积极探讨解决方案。构建"3+3"中高职衔接一体化模式,需要校政行企四方联动,营造改革发展的政策环境,调动用人单位的参与热情,发挥校方主导的合作机制,不断增强职业教育的社会吸引力,不断提高教育教学质量与内涵。
Taking hotel management specialty as an example,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the connection of“3+3”Secondary and Higher Vocational Colleges,and actively explores solutions.In order to construct the"3+3"integration mode of secondary and higher vocational education,it needs the linkage of school,administration,industry and enterprise to create a policy environment for reform and development,to mobilize the enthusiasm of employing units for participation,to give full play to the school-led cooperation mechanism,to constantly enhance the social attraction of vocational education and improve the quality and connotation of education and teaching.
