摘要
教育结构有多重维度和要素,级和类是其中的核心要素。实现各级各类教育的协调发展,是教育改革和发展的关键目标。在现代国民教育体系中,各级各类教育的概念应特指"职业教育和普通教育两翼,初等、中等和高等教育各个层次",或"普通教育和职业教育、基础教育和高等教育"。从各级各类教育协调发展的角度来看,职业教育目前仍然是一块短板,教育改革和发展必须致力于职业教育体系的建立和健全,这是教育实现"构建体系"战略使命的应有之义,是实现各级各类教育协调发展的必然选择。它有助于教育的合理分流和减轻普通教育的负担,有利于各类受教育者的成长和发展。
Education structure has various dimensions and elements, and level and type are its core elements. To achieve harmonious development of education of various types and various levels is key objective of educational reform and development. The concept of education of various levels and various types indicate specifically to ＂the two sides of vocational education and general education, various levels of primary education, secondary education and higher education＂ or ＂vocational education and general education, and primary education and higher education＂. From the perspective of harmonious development of education of various levels and various typos, vocational education is still a short area, and the reform and development of vocational education must dedicate to the construction and optimization of vocational education system, which is conducive to achieve reasonable streaming of education, alleviate the burden of general education and foster growth and development of students.
