摘要
基于陶行知的生活教育理论,中小学校在校本课程建设工作中,应坚持:以"生活即教育"选择校本课程建设的内容,促使校本课程生活化,国家课程、地方课程校本化;以"社会即学校"构建校本课程建设的共同体,充分选取人力资源、信息资源和物质资源开展校本课程建设工作;以"教学做合一"作为校本课程实施和评价的方法,教师和学生都以"做"为中心,在校本课程中实施和评价中不断实现教师的专业成长和培养学生核心素养的目标。
In the choice of the contents for constructing school-based curriculums,basic education schools adhere to Tao Xingzhi's idea of Life as Education,so that the school-based curriculums can be more life-oriented and the national and local curriculums can be more school-oriented;the schools should also construct a community for constructing the curriculums that involves human,information,material resources,following Tao’s idea of community as school;they should adopt the unity of teaching,learning and doing as an approach for implementing and evaluating the curriculums and inspire both teachers and students to focus on doing,so that both teachers’professional development as well as the development of students’core competences can be facilitated.
