摘要
引导新建地方本科院校转型发展是国家治理高校结构失衡的重大举措,对于促进我国高等教育结构的优化和经济与社会的协调发展都有着重大的现实意义。对于新建地方本科院校的师范类专业来讲,形势的发展使转型成了必然的选择。在转型的过程中,我们应该结合实际、积极探索适合新建地方本科院校师范类专业发展的有效路径,促进人才培养质量的提升,进而更好地适应社会发展的需要。
It is a major method to help transformation and development of newly built local undergraduate colleges and universities,which has a great practical significance to the optimization of the overall structure of higher education in China and the coordinated development of economy and society.For the new local undergraduate colleges and universities,the development of the situation makes the transformation a necessary path.In the process of transformation,we should relate to reality and explore effective paths actively which is suitable for the development of normal majors in the local colleges and universities,so as to improve the quality of talent cultivation and better adapt to the needs of social development.
