转型发展背景下新建本科院校构建应用技术专业结构的思考 被引量:2

摘要 新建本科院校是向应用技术型高校转型发展的重要力量。现代产业高层次应用技术人才培养呼吁构建具备应用性、技术性、跨学科性三大特征的应用技术专业结构。面对专业结构同质、与区域产业结构脱节、应用技术内涵不足等专业结构现存问题,新建本科院校应主动构建应用技术专业结构:达成应用技术人才培养共识,适应地方产业发展构建应用性学科专业群,加强专业应用技术内涵建设,构建应用技术专业评价体系。 Newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities are an important force for their transitional development of applied technology. A specialty structure that can train high-level applied technology talents calls for three characteristics including applicability, technicality, and cross-discipline. Faced with the problems of homogeneity of the specialty structure, isolation from regional industrial realities, and applied technology lacking in inner quality, newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities should take the initiative to construct a sound specialty structure of applied technology to reach a consensus on talent training of applied technology, and to build applied disciplines and specialty groups so that the needs of local industries can be met to enhance the connotation construction of the specialty applied technology, and to construct an evaluation mechanism for the applied technology specialty.
