摘要
目的:观察小儿热速清颗粒联合布洛芬治疗小儿外感发热的临床疗效及对白细胞、C反应蛋白和T淋巴细胞的影响。方法:将急性上呼吸道感染患儿240例随机平分为两组。对照组给予阿奇霉素干混悬剂和布洛芬混悬液治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用小儿热速清颗粒治疗。观察两组患儿疗效情况及退热消失时间、治疗前后白细胞计数、CRP、PCT水平、T淋巴细胞的变化。结果:治疗组治疗小儿发热总有效率(90.83%)高于对照组(76.16%);两组治疗后平均退热时间、白细胞计数、PCT水平、CRP评分均显著降低,且治疗组水平显著低于对照组;治疗组治疗小儿发热疗效优于对照组。两组治疗后CD4^+/CD3^+、CD4^+/CD8^+指数显著升高,且治疗组水平显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿热速清颗粒联合布洛芬治疗小儿发热,疗效确切,能够缩短退热时间和病程,减少退热后的体温波动,降低白细胞计数和CRP、PCT水平,恢复T淋巴细胞的正常值。
Objective:To observe the effect of Resuqing granules combined with ibuprofen on the treatment of pediatric fever and its effect on C-reactive protein,leukocyte and tlymphocyte.Methods:240 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups equally,the control group was given azithromycin suspension and ibuprofen suspension treatment,on this basis,the observation group was treated with children Resuqing granules.The efficacy of the two groups of children and the disappearance of antipyretic time,white blood cell count,CRP,PCT levels,T lymphocyte changes before and after treatment were observed.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate of pediatric fever was 90.83%,higher than that of the control group was 76.16%.After treatment,the average time of fever,white blood cell count,PCT and CRP were significantly decreased,and the level of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group group.The indexes of CD4+/CD3+and CD4+/CD8+of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment,and the levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of children Resuqing granules combined with ibuprofen in the treatment of children with fever is exact,it can shorten the time and course of fever abatement,reduce the fluctuation of body temperature after fever abatement,and reduce the white blood cell count,CRP and PCT levels and restore the normal value of T lymphocyte Promotion.
