摘要
目的评价小儿热速清糖浆与对乙酰氨基酚治疗小儿高热患儿的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月淮安市妇幼保健院收治的80例小儿高热患儿作为研究对象,以随机单双号法分组,单号40例归入对照组(对乙酰氨基酚治疗)、双号40例归入观察组(小儿热速清糖浆治疗),比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组用药后1、2、4、8 h体温低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者白细胞计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平下降,且观察组白细胞计数、CRP、PCT水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)/CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)/CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)/CD3^(+)优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿高热临床治疗中应用小儿热速清糖浆,可获得较高治疗有效率,有效降低患儿体温,且无反复发热情况,在改善白细胞计数、炎症介质水平以及T淋巴细胞水平方面作用更加明显,安全性较高。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup and acetaminophen in the treatment of children with infantile high fever.Methods A total of 80 children with infantile high fever admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Huaian City,Jiangsu Province from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.The observation objects were grouped by random odd and even numbers method.40 cases with single numbers were included in the comparison group(acetaminophen treatment),40 cases of double number were classified into the study group(Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup treatment),and the clinical effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results Compared with the comparison group,the study group had a higher overall effective rate(P<0.05);the study group had lower body temperatures at different times(1,2,4,8 h) after the medication than the comparison group(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,C-reactive protein(CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) levels of the 2 groups of patients decreased,and the white blood cell count,CRP,and PCT levels of the study group were lower than those of the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the CD4^(+)/CD3^(+),CD8^(+)/CD3^(+),CD8^(+)/CD3^(+)of the study group were better than the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of infantile high fever,the application of Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup can obtain a higher treatment efficiency,effectively lower the body temperature of the child,and reduce fever without recurrence.At the same time,it has a more obvious role in improving the white blood cell count,the level of inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte level,and the safety is higher.
