摘要
基于新形势下我国社会保险因制度转变而导致的教材难以及时更新和社会保险课程在教学中存在的重理论轻实践等问题,设计了一个包括理论篇、制度篇与应用篇三部分授课内容和一个包括课堂板书讲授、教学软件模拟与教学基地实训三种授课方式的社会保险教学方案。近几年的教学实践表明,该设计方案有效地提高了学生的社会保险基础理论知识,强化了学生的社会保险实践应用能力,取得了预期的教学效果。
Aiming at various issues that difficult-to-date textbooks due to continuous improvement of the social insurance system in the system transition period of China and heavy theory light practice of social insurance curriculum exist in the teaching process.The paper designed a teaching scheme of social insurance including three major course contents that consists of theoretical section,system section,application section and three kinds of teaching methods that consists of classroom blackboard lectures,multimedia courseware,teaching base training.The teaching scheme of social insurance covered a variety of social insurance system that promulgated by our country in recent years,and strengthened training of social insurance in China using teaching base training mode.After several years of teaching practice,it shows that the teaching scheme of social insurance effectively improves the social insurance basic theoretical knowledge of students,to strengthen the students’practical application ability in social insurance work,and achieved the desired results.
