摘要
建立了液液萃取-气相色谱质谱联用法测定水中34种有机氯农药和氯苯类化合物的方法,实验考察了样品前处理过程中盐析剂用量、色谱柱比对等条件并优化选择。实验结果表明:加入10g氯化钠作为盐析剂时回收率最高;VF-1701ms UI色谱柱比HP-5ms UI色谱柱对化合物分离效果更好,用时更短,线性更好。本方法检出限为0.003~0.044μg/L,所得各组分的精密度为1.2%~7.9%,平均回收率为70.2%~114%。
A method is set up for the determination of34organochlorine pesticides(OCPs)and chlorobenzene compounds in water by the method of Liquid-Liquid Extraction and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.The conditions such as the dosage,concentration method,chromatographic column comparison and optimized selection are investigated.The results show that the recovery rate will be the highest when10g sodium chloride is added as the salting agent.VF-1701ms UI chromatographic column compared with HP-5ms UI chromatographic column,it has better separation effect,with the shorter time and better linearity.This method selects VF-1701ms UI chromatographic column as the detection column.MDL is ranged from0.003μg/L to0.044μg/L,RSD is ranged from1.2%to7.9%,and average recovery rate from70.2%to114%.
