吹脱捕集-气质联用法测定饮用水中氯代硝基甲烷 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立生活饮用水中一氯硝基甲烷、二氯硝基甲烷和三氯硝基甲烷的吹脱捕集-气质联用分析方法。方法 2017年5月,采集了辖区内出厂水和管网水,采用吹脱捕集法富集水中的一氯硝基甲烷、二氯硝基甲烷和三氯硝基甲烷,热脱附后使用气质联用法分离测定,选择特征离子与内标物进行定量。结果方法中一氯硝基甲烷和二氯硝基甲烷线性范围0. 1~1. 0μg/L,三氯硝基甲烷线性范围1~10μg/L,相关系数均> 0. 995。方法加标回收率为70. 39%~98. 89%,相对标准偏差3. 72%~7. 29%。结论方法具有灵敏度高、操作简单、线性范围宽、定性能力强等优点,适用于饮用水中一氯硝基甲烷、二氯硝基甲烷和三氯硝基甲烷的检测。 Objective To established determine Chloronitromethane, Dichloronitromethane | and Nitrotrichloromethane in drinking-water by p&t-gcms Methods Finished and pipe water samples were collected from local area in May of 2017 The CNM, DCNM and TCNM in water were purged-trapped, then desorbed and analyzed by gcms Selective ion masses were used in quantitative measurement Results The linear ranges of the calibration curves for CNM, DCNM and TCNM were 0. 1 - 1μg / L, 0. 1 - 1μg / L,1 - 10μg / L The average recoveries of CNM, DCNM and TCNM in drinking-water ranged from 70. 39% to 98. 89%, and the relativestandard deviations were 3, 72% - 7, 29% Conclusion The method is applicable to the determination of CNM, DCNM and TCNM in drinking water with the advantages of simple,low detection limit and good reproducibility
