摘要
目的:建立液液萃取-气相色谱法同时测定水中1,4-二氯苯、1,2-二氯苯、三氯苯、六氯苯、百菌清、七氯、六六六和滴滴涕等16种物质的检测方法。方法:用正己烷一次萃取水样中的氯苯类化合物和有机氯农药,萃取液经无水硫酸钠脱水浓缩后,用DB-1毛细管柱分离、ECD检测。结果:该方法的检出限在0.0040μg/L~0.082μg/L之间,相关系数都大于0.999,加标回收率为81.6%~115.2%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~11.4%。结论:该样品前处理只需要萃取一次,回收率高,能实现水中氯苯类化合物和有机氯农药等16种物质的同步分析。该方法用于实际样品测定,结果令人满意。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 16 toxic chemicals including 1,4- dichlorobenzene, 1,2- dichlorobenzene, trichlorobenzene , hexachlorobenzene, chlorothalonil, heptachlor, BHC, DDT and other substances in water by liquid - liquid extraction and gas chromatography. Methods : The target analytes in water were extracted by hexane, and dehydrated with anhydrous sodium sulfate and evaporated, and finally separated on DB - 1 capillary column and detected by ECD. Results: The detection limits of the method were 0. 0040 ug/L - 0. 082 ug/L and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0. 999. The recoveries ranged from 81.6% to 115.2% with the relative standard deviation of 1.5% - 11.4%. Conclusion: The method could simultaneously determine 16 ehlorobenzene compounds and organic chlorine pesticides in water with high recoveries. The method was satisfactory.
