摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝病是临床常见病、多发病,目前现代医学缺乏特异性治疗方法,而祖国医学博大精深,在此方面表现出一定的优势。本文就复方虎杖方对非酒精性脂肪性肝病疗效的理论机制从中医药对本病的认识、组方结构与意义、中药药理等方面加以分析探讨,认为该方对非酒精性脂肪性肝病的治疗作用是建立在中医理、法、方、药的理论基础之上,且与该方辨证用药的传统中医功效理论及所含药物的药理作用有关。
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic.At present,modern medicine lacks of specific methods to treat this diaease,and TCM shows certain advantages in treating this kind of disease.This article analyzed the theoretical mechanism of compound Huzhang Formula treating NAFLD,from the perspective of the understanding of the disease by TCM,the structure and significance of the composition,and the TCM pharmacological research.It found that the action of the formula was based on the theoretical basis of theory,medicine and TCM prescription,which was also related to TCM theory of dynrome differentiation and the pharmacological effects of the contained herbs.
