摘要
目的:探讨芪参益气活血方治疗冠心病(CHD)的理论及实验机制。方法:从CHD发病的中医病机、芪参益气活血方的立法组方结构、"病证结合、方证相应"理论应用、方药的现代研究成果4个方面进行分析。结果:CHD发病的主要病机为气虚血瘀,芪参益气活血方具有益气活血、通脉止痛之功,并基于病证结合理论发挥治疗作用,其组方药物具有抑制血小板聚集、清除氧自由基、调节血脂、保护血管内皮细胞、增加冠脉血流等药理作用。结论:从基础理论及实验研究等方面证实益气活血法治疗冠心病的科学性,为临床上治疗冠心病证属气虚血瘀型提供思路及方法。
Objective： To explore the theoretical basis and the mechanism of Qishen Yiqi Huoxue Formula intreating coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods： The analysis was carried out from the following four aspects：TCM pathogenesis of CHD, the prescription structure of Qishen Yiqi Huoxue Formula, the application of the theory of “combination of disease and syndrome, compliance of prescription and syndrome”, as well as themodern research of prescription. Results： The main pathogenesis of CHD is Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Qishen Yiqi Huoxue Formula has the action of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation, dredging meridians and relieving pain. The effect of this prescription is based on the theory of combination of disease and syndrome. The pharmacological effects of its composition are inhibiting platelet aggregation, scavenging oxygen free radicals, regulating blood lipids, protecting vascular endothelial cells, increasing coronary blood flow and so on. Conclusion： The article confirmed the scientificity of Yiqi Huoxue method to treat CHD, from the aspects of basic theory and experimental research. It provides ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of CHD with the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
