摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝炎发病率逐年攀升,若不加以治疗干预,可进一步发展为肝硬化、肝衰竭,甚至是肝癌,成为世界范围内的重要公共卫生难题。该病病位主在肝,脾虚为其发病的基础,肝郁脾虚证在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎中普遍存在,运用“理脾调肝”法治疗本病效果可观。基于此,作者从“理脾调肝”角度探析非酒精性脂肪性肝炎肝郁脾虚证的中医治疗,以期为该病的治疗提供新的思路和方向,达到更好的临床疗效。
The incidence of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis is increasing year by year.Without treatment and intervention,it can further develop into cirrhosis,liver failure,and even liver cancer,which has become an important public health problem worldwide.The disease is mainly located in the liver,and spleen deficiency is the basis of its onset.The syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency is common in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,and the treatment of this disease with“regulating the spleen and regulating the liver”method is effective.Based on this,this article explores the TCM treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with liver depression and spleen deficiency from the perspective of“regulating the spleen and regulating the liver”,in order to provide new ideas and directions for the treatment of the disease and achieve better clinical effects.
