摘要
现代学校治理的基本思想是"规治"思想,即依照制度来治理学校,以弥补或纠正个人治理过程中的偏私和误差。但单纯的制度治理在抑制人的私心时,也抛弃了人的良心,使众人皆可以陷入一种广泛的平庸之恶。平庸之恶一方面说明作恶之人可能是你我之类的普通人,另一方面他们在犯错之后,自己还浑然不知,以为可以免责。减少或消除平庸之恶的有效方法是让良心在治理过程中发挥导向功能,其具体作用表现在:它可以修正学校治理制度的局限,让治理更加贴近教育实际,尊重治理主体人格的完整性,增加他们的治理责任感,并有利于治理共识的达成。学校治理中贯彻良心导向的策略是治理主体要有面对自己良心的勇气,寻找良心与制度的契合点,正视新主要矛盾形势下良心的差异性,承认良心与制度的张力将在一定时期内长期存在。以良心导入制度,并不是为了取消制度,而是在制度的基础上凸显良心,让学校治理变成有良心的制度治理。
The basic idea of modern school governance is the regulation,which means that schools are governed by system to compensate or correct the bias and errors in the process of personal governance.However,when purely institutional governance suppresses people’s selfishness,it also abandons people’s conscience,so that everyone can fall into a wide range of mediocrity.On the one hand,the evil of mediocrity shows that those who did evil may be ordinary people like you and me.On the other hand,after people made mistakes,they did not know that yet,and think they can be exempted.An effective way to reduce or eliminate mediocrity is to allow conscience to play a guiding role in the governance process.Its specific role is that it can amend the limitations of school governance system,make governance closer to educational reality,and respect the integrity of governance personality.Introducing conscience into system is not to cancel system,but to highlight conscience on the basis of system,so that school governance can become a system of conscience.
