摘要
目的探讨活化素B(Activin B)在活体水平上对小鼠皮肤创伤愈合过程中血管再生的影响。方法采用小鼠全层皮肤切除模型,Activin B组创面注射Activin B,PBS组用PBS处理后,观察其伤口愈合,测定创面愈合率,观察肉芽组织形成,免疫组化分析血管再生,血流分析仪器检测伤口部位肉芽组织血流量。结果 Activin B处理后,创面愈合速率加快,创面肉芽组织中血管再生数量增多,肉芽组织平均血流量较高。结论 Activin B可以促进创面肉芽组织中血管的再生,从而加速创面的愈合。
Objective To elucidate the regulatory role of Activin B in the regeneration of blood vesselsinvolved in skin wound healing in vivo.Methods We used the mouse full.thickness skin excisional wound healing model in this study.The wounds were locally treated with Activin B and PBS as a control,respectively.Wound closure rate was measured.The formation of granulation tissue was observed.The blood vessels regeneration was analyzed by immunohistochemistry method.The blood flow in wound granulation tissue was detected by skin microcir.culation testing equipment.Results Activin Baccelerated wound healing in skin wound was observed.The number of revascularization in wound granulation tissue was increased,and the average blood flow of granulation tissue was obviously improved.Conclusion Activin B can promote the regeneration of blood vessels in wound granulation tissue and accelerate wound healing.
