体外心脏震波治疗缺血性心脏病的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 体外震波在临床已有30多年的应用历史。1980年体外震波首次成功应用于泌尿系统结石的治疗。此后,体外震波又被成功应用于骨折康复的治疗,发现体外震波具有抗炎作用,可促进骨折愈合[1]。Park等[2]发现体外震波疗法可以有效改善肩周炎患者的疼痛和功能;对于中风患者,体外冲击波疗法能控制痉挛状态,增加背屈活动脚踝的运动范围,改善10m步行测试[3]。体外震波可以上调人心脏微血管内皮型一氧化氮合酶及血管内皮生长因子的表达[4]。上述研究为体外震波应用于缺血性心脏病提供了依据。
