摘要
民用飞机燃油系统地面试验台结构复杂、质量大,且控制系统精度要求高、响应时间要求快,因此液压系统是其动力源的最佳选择。对适用于某型民用飞机燃油试验台的液压系统进行了设计,从系统组成、工作原理、伺服控制器工作原理、自循环清洗原理以及控制系统等方面进行了详细介绍,并给出了管路直径、换热面积以及冷却水用量等关键参数计算方法及调试结果,对核心部件的选型具有指导意义。
The fuel system of civil aircraft must be verified in the laboratory.However,the test bench of the fuel system for civil aircraft has complicated configuration and heavy weight,also requires high control accuracy and fast response.Therefore,a hydraulic system is the best choice of the power source.A hydraulic system for a certain civil aircraft fuel test bench was designed,which were introduced from the composition,servo controller,self-circulation cleaning and control system in detail.Moreover,the calculation of tube diameter,heat-exchange area and mass of cooling water were also introduced.These can guide the selection of primary structure.
