摘要
通过对各类真空泵的研究比较,结合某民用飞机燃油系统试验室的技术要求,提出燃油系统试验选用2BE系列水环式真空泵,同时配合使用引射真空泵,以改善气蚀、抽气速率降低等缺点,获取更高真空度。同时,还对水环式真空泵和引射式真空泵选型所需考虑的重要参数进行了分析,为选型提供了理论依据。
After comparing the main vacuum pump based on the technology requirement of the large civil aircraft fuel system test, this paper indicated that 2BE series water-ring vacuum pump is qualified for the fuel system test, combining with the ejector vacuum pump, which will improve the cavitations erosion and bleeding speed.
