摘要
介绍一种主要应用于供热、空调领域以水为介质的阀门流通性能及调节性能测试系统的设计和实现,该系统主要针对阀门流量系数和流阻系数的测试以及自力式压差控制阀调节性能的测试。给出该系统的测试原理、系统管路布置、硬件设计(动力设计、测控设计)、试验软件(信号处理、水泵输出控制),提出消除阀门前后直管段影响的方法。
The design and implementation of a flow performance and regulation performance test system for water valves mainly used for heating and air conditioning are introduced.The system is mainly for testing of valve flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient and the regulation performance of self-operated differential pressure control valve.The testing principle of the system,system piping layout,hardware design(power design,measurement and control design)and test software(signal processing and pump output control)are given.The method of eliminating the influence of the straight pipe sections before and after the valve is proposed.
