摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定解郁安神颗粒中栀子苷含量的方法。方法采用Thermo C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相,检测波长为236 nm,柱温为室温25℃。结果栀子苷在20.26～67.52μg/ml范围内,线性方程为A=14.357C+6.4276(r=0.9996),栀子苷平均回收率为99.87%,RSD为0.49%,精密度和稳定性的RSD分别为1.56%和1.58%。测定3批解郁安神颗粒,平均含量为6.78 mg/袋,RSD为1.41%。结论该法准确性高、专属性强,可以作为栀子苷含量检测的有效方法。
Objective To establish the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of Geniposide in Jieyu Anshen Granules.Methods The HPLC was carried out with Thermo C18using acetonitrile-water(15:85)as a mobile phase.The detection wavelength was236nm and the column temperature was25℃.Rseults The linear equation of Geniposide was A=14.357C+6.4276(r=0.9996)in the range of20.26-67.52μg/ml.The average recovery of geniposide was99.87%(RSD=0.49%).The RSD of precision and stability were1.56%and1.58%,respectively.Determination of3batches samples,the average content was6.78mg/bag(RSD=0.64%).Conclusion It shows that this method is high accuracy and specificity,it can be used as an effective method for the determination of Geniposide content.
