摘要
中国价值观的国际传播是提升中国文化软实力、实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要方面。当前综合国力的竞争是经济硬实力和文化软实力并重的全面竞争,如何有效开展中国价值观国际传播,彰显中国精神,展示中国形象,也成为中国意识形态建设面临的新课题。当前中国实施的"一带一路"倡议为中国价值观国际传播提供了新机遇,应立足国际国内形势,以精准凝练的内涵和内容为载体,以国别研究为支撑,并加强人才和队伍建设,全方位推进中国价值观的国际传播。
International communication of Chinese values is an important aspect of enhancing the soft strength of Chinese culture and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The current competition of comprehensive national strength involves both the hard power of economy and soft power of culture.Therefore,how to effectively carry out international communication of Chinese values,reveal Chinese spirits,and display Chinese image has become a new subject in the construction of Chinese ideology.″The Belt&Road″Initiative creates a new opportunity for the international communication of Chinese values.Based on the domestic and international situations,with the concise connotation and content as the carriers,and with nationality study as the support,China should step up talent and team construction so as to boost the international communication of Chinese values.
