摘要
目的 :探究环磷酰胺静脉团注疗法在视神经脊髓炎谱系病预防治疗中的效果。方法 :选取我院2013年1月—2015年1月期间住院治疗的58例视神经脊髓炎谱系病患者,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组患者则给予环磷酰胺静脉团注疗法。对比组间复发情况,并发症情况及治疗情况。结果 :观察组1年及3年内疾病复发率、并发症发生率、EDSS评分、住院时间及住院费用数值低于对照组,存在统计学差异(P <0.05)结论 :环磷酰胺静脉团注疗法应用于视神经脊髓炎谱系病治疗中可降低患者1年及3年内复发率,减少并发症,改善患者神经损伤状态。
Objective:To explore the effect of cyclophosphamide intravenous injection therapy in the prevention and treatment of neuromyelitis optica pedigree disease.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with neuromyelitis optica pedigree admitted in our hospital from January,2013 to January,2015 were selected as observation objects and then randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 29 cases each.The control group was treated by routine therapy while the observation group by cyclophosphamide intravenous injection therapy.The recurrence,the complications and the efficacy were observed and compared.Results:The recurrence rates in the observation group were 31.03%within one year and 44.83%in three years,which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.9%,lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).EDSS score,hospitalization time and hospitalization expense in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cyclophosphamide intravenous injection therapy for the prevention and treatment of neuromyelitis optica pedigree disease can reduce the recurrence rate of patients within 1 year and 3 years and complications,and improve the status of nerve injury of patients.
