摘要 绿色建筑是节能环保的重要举措,绿色建筑项目比一般建筑具有更大的风险性。本文基于绿色建筑项目参与方的视角,采用网络分析技术来研究绿色建筑项目的风险关联关系。研究采用问卷调研的方式构建了绿色建筑项目的加权风险关联关系网络,利用网络分析工具pajek软件进行了风险关联关系网络的绘制,使用网络凝聚特性指标k核和网络从属关系分析指标岛屿相结合的研究方法;进而以绿色建筑风险和风险之间的相互作用为着眼点,对绿色建筑项目的风险关系进行综合分析与评估。研究识别出了各绿建项目参与方在项目各阶段的关键风险,揭示了绿色建筑风险网络的内部结构和规律;提炼出了绿色建筑项目的关键风险,并制定了关键性风险的治理策略,为后续绿色建筑项目风险的研究与管控奠定了基础。 Green building is an important measure of energy conservation and environmental protection.Green building projects have greater risks than ordinary buildings.Based on the perspective of green building project participants,this paper uses network analysis technology to study the risk correlation of green building project.The weighted risk association network of green building project is constructed by questionnaire survey.The risk association network is plotted by using the network analysis tool pajek software.Based on the interaction among green building risks,the risk relationship of green building projects is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated,and then the key risks of each green building project participant in each phase of the project are identified,revealing the internal structure and rules of the green building risk network.The study identifies key risks for each green project participant at each stage of the project and the management strategy of key risks is formulated,which lays a foundation for the subsequent research and management of the risks of green building projects.
